Semitracks reserves the right to cancel a course. Semitracks will refund the full amount of the registration fee if, for any reason, we have to cancel the course.

Semitracks will not reimburse airfare or hotel costs that have been paid in advance. We encourage attendees to book refundable fares if possible, or wait until 21 days prior to the course start. We make our go/no-go decisions for a course 21 days prior to the first day of the course.

Our refund policy is as follows:

21 days or more prior the to first day of the course.

• We will refund the entire amount minus a $100 service charge.
• Substitutions can be made (i.e., have another person attend in your place)
• Credit can be given towards attending a future Semitracks course or the Semitracks Online Training subscription fee (e.g., take the course at a later date).

Less than 21 days prior to the first day of the course.

• No refunds will be allowed.
• Substitutions can be made (i.e., have another person attend in your place)
• Credit can be given towards attending a future Semitracks course or the Semitracks Online Training subscription fee (e.g., take the course at a later date).
